Our products cannot be all things to everybody. Positioning our products depend on who the end user will be. Are our products made for specialist who expect the product to accomplish complex tasks and have solutions to problems that are specific to expert users and have a level of technical accomplishment. The other side of the user spectrum are generalist who need the product to deliver as a routine problem solver and ease of use with lower price points . All products have skeptics and fan followers the latter are the ones who act as vocal proponents of your product.
